- Enough water to keep it flushed and toxins moving
- Limited--that means very limited--amounts of alcohol
- No smoking
- Avoid excessively fatty foods (like french fries and hash browns)
- Get lots of chemical-free fresh air
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Be careful with prescription intake
- Avoid all street drugs
- Practice mindful, safe sex
- If tatoos are your thing, be sure the artist has VERY sterile equipment
